How Reporting Works

You can report a provider from their profile, or a customer from any message thread.

What admins receive

• Reason
• Optional notes
• Timestamp
• Status (new, reviewing, actioned, dismissed)

Admins review every report and may suspend or reject providers, or disable accounts. HandyTac does not guarantee outcomes.
